Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Shipping Time to the United States
Standard Delivery: 7–10 Business Days.
All packages are shipped via insured express lines (such as YunExpress/USPS) with end-to-end tracking.

Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Novari Life is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. (Note: US orders under $800 USD qualify for duty-free de minimis status).

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. Novari Life is not responsible if a package is shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
